Imagine it's a beautiful day. And the gray cloud floats above you, in which you can now put all your sorrows and worries. Let all your worries just fly away with him...

Imagine that the sky above you is bright blue, that the light rays of the sun warm you. You feel safe and secure-it is so peaceful and calm around. A soft breeze touches your head and you feel light and happy, like a small light feather. You think you're as wonderful today as the sky, as warm as the sun, and as gentle as the breeze.

Imagine that when you inhale, your body is filled with Golden light - from the head to the tips of your toes.... And when you exhale (breathe), imagine that all the feelings that you do not need now, leave you. You breathe in the Golden light. And exhale unpleasant feelings.

You are like a little feather carried by a light wind; you are like a ray of sun falling on the Earth. Let your body, your shoulders and arms, your legs relax even more, relax your feet and palms.
Imagine that you are like a rainbow, which consists of many different colors. There is no one in the world who thought and felt as you do.... 

It's just wonderful that you can be here with us...
